Services include                                                                 
  • On site equipment installation and training
    GNS provides on site installation and training of any FHC manufactured device from microelectrode to microelectrode recording system. This includes the microTargeting Drive, and frameless mT Platform system, the WayPoint Anchoring system and planning software programs WayPoint Planner and VoXim.

  • Field repairs
    GNS provides service for field repairs of all FHC neurosurgical equipment.  Recently GNS has acquired the rights from Medtronic of the service and repair of the LeadPoint microelectrode recording device.  The One Year Service Contract for the Guideline 4000, Axon 3000, and LeadPoint systems can be viewed by clicking here:/uploads/ServiceContract.pdf 
  • Phone/ Internet support
    Assistance on surgical planning for microTargeting Platform based surgeries, using either WayPoint Planner or VoXim, through online support. Troubleshooting equipment setup or other problems.  Provide ordering information.
