PLATFORM SYSTEM
Provide round the clock service for imaging, customization, and creation of the platform.
 
Training and educational support can be provided on a on-on-one basis based on the time of the procedure and convenience of the doctor.
 
Each procedure would be treated as its own separate identity.  This createsa better training relationship with the doctor, patient, and GNS.
 
WAYPOINT PLANNER
Support from specialists that are capable of providing assistance in the imaging and planning of the Platform System via our internet remote based planning assistance or our 24-hour technical support call service.
 
GUIDELINE 4000
Our technical service team will verify its operating condition, test the calibration, correct and adjust settings as necessary, and perform upgrades if required.
 
Additional training and customer support will be provided as requested during the course of the inspection.
 
Software upgrades will be performed free of charge based on the inspection and justification of the technician.
 
LEADPOINT AND AXON 3000
Restore the system back to its original operating specifications as defined by the manufacturer should a malfunction occur.
 
One day of on-site training may be scheduled.  Any additional services are based upon scheduling and a daily rate.
 
MICROTARGETING DRIVE SYSTEM
Our Procedural Support Specialists will provide 24-hour technical support to answer any questions related to the drive system and any of its components.
 
DISCLAIMER
We will not cover damage caused by abuse, non-validated sterilization, unauthorized maintenance, cut cables, tubes and microelectrodes, or missing parts.  Missing parts will be either ordered or replaced.  Replacement parts second repair visit will be billed.
 
Some computers and related parts of the Leadpoint and Axon systems are no longer manufactured.  GNS will make its best effort to locate replacement parts, but cannot be held responsible for obsolete products.  In the event that your system cannot be repaired, we will attempt to locate a replacement or you can upgrade to a new microelectrode recording device.
 
We will provide quality and reliable 24-hour OR support to medical institutions in need of technical or procedural assistance.
 
SCHEDULING
Site visits ar normally arranged within a 7 day window.  One day service is available.  Preventative maintenance can be completed within 3 business days, plus shipping time
